Smriti Irani welcomes daughter's fiance to ‘madcap family’, but warns him as he will have to deal with her ‘for a saas’

Union Minister Smriti Irani announced her daughter Shanelle’s engagement on Instagram. According to Irani’s post her daughter Shanelle Irani has got engaged to Arjun Bhalla.

Smriti Irani, while sharing two pictures, wrote: “To the man who now has our heart @arjun_bhalla welcome to our mad cap family .. ❤️ bless you for you have to deal with a crazy man for a father in law & worse .. me for a Saas … (you have been officially warned) God bless @shanelleirani ❤️#newbeginnings”

The first photo shows Arjun Bhalla going down on one knee to propose to Shanelle, while in the second photo the couple is smiling for the camera.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
