Patiala, March 11

Another protesting farmer died here on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Baldev Singh.

He was undergoing treatment at the Rajindra Hospital here following breathing issues.

Seven farmers have died in past 26 days of the the farmers’ protest.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
