Officer representative from the Army today met Commissioner Division Vinay Bublani and Deputy Commissioner Dr Preeti Yadav and highlighted the synergy among the Indian Army, civil administration including and other security forces.
They emphasised the crucial role such coordination plays in maintaining security and peace. It also underscored the significance of joint efforts in providing essential services and security assistance by the district’s farmers, common citizens, and their families.
“The vital contribution of the civil administration played a key role in making our operation successful. Their prompt response, regional knowledge, and ability to mobilise resources and conduct mock drills have helped Army to overcome various challenges. We are deeply grateful for their continuous support and unwavering commitment,” army officials said.
Bublani and Yadav, meanwhile, also shared their experiences of working with the Army and assured full cooperation in the future as well.
The Indian Army appreciated the role of Civil defence, Home Guards and Punjab Police along with citizens and honoured the Divisional Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner for their support.
Both officials expressed pride in being part of the ceremony and warmly appreciated the meaningful initiative by the Army. They said they the civil administration will work with dedication and unity, expressing unwavering love for the nation.
