Deputy Commissioner Preeti Yadav said these services, spanning 26 government departments including Agriculture, Home and Justice, Labour, Transport, Revenue, Health and Family Welfare, Local Bodies, Social Security and SANJH initiative, are being delivered on doorstep.
Designated representatives visit applicants’ residences to collect the required documents and later deliver the final certificates or service outputs upon completion of the process. Dr Yadav said, “In case any documents are missing, applicants can easily arrange them from home. Service assistants handle the full process, from collecting applications and photographs to delivering the final outcome to the citizen’s doorstep.”
The services under the initiative include the issuance, correction and delayed registration of birth and death certificates; income and property certificates (including EWS); caste certificates (SC, BC, OBC and General); residence and rural area certificates; and marriage registration. Services related to land records —such as verification, issuance of “fard”, no dues certificates, and mortgage equity entries — are also covered.
The other services include affidavit verification, counter-signing of documents, certified copies of registered or unregistered documents, and police clearance certificates.
