On a tip-off, forest officials raided an aviary “Unique Pet World” and found the parakeets which were illegal as per the Wildlife Act. The accused has been identified as Trivedi Parth Jagdishbhai, owner of “Unique Pet World”. Officials said the accused had violated Sections 39 (3), 50 and 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. —
