Delhi Public School here organised the Cambridge English Certificate Award ceremony at the Thapar University auditorium today.

Manish Puri, South Asian Head, Abhishek Gosain, North India Head of the Cambridge University Press & Assessment, along with Kirti Kumar, Head, Allen Language Institute of Ahmedabad, awarded the certificates to 401 students, from the prestigious Cambridge University. A large number of parents attended the ceremony held in two sessions.

The Cambridge English qualification tests are aligned with the CEFR levels and are internationally approved assessment schemes to check English language proficiency. The school was also awarded with the status of CES (Cambridge English School) for using the Cambridge exam and material. The event started with the lamp lighting, followed by the Saraswati Vandana and music and dance performances. Principal Santosh Shukla was applauded by the Cambridge team for leading the Cambridge English Assessment Programme successfully.
