Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday talked to the agitating students of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Patiala, and assured them that the state government is committed to delivering justice to them.

During a telephonic conversation with the students, the Chief Minister said the state government is committed to safeguarding their interests by all means.

Mann said the students are the future of the nation and they will not be allowed to suffer. He said the highhandedness of any individual or authority will not be tolerated and justice will be delivered to students.

Expressing solidarity with the students, the Chief Minister said the state government is with them in this hour of crisis. He said the state government is keeping a strict vigil over the incidents unfolding in the past few days.
