Patiala Consumers and Telephone Subscribers Forum collaborated with the Telephone Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to organise a Consumer Awareness Programme (CAP) for the senior students of Heritage Public School, Bhawnigarh.

The chairman of the management committee, Anil Mittal, along with Bhawnigarh SDM Vineet Kumar, BSNL DGM Er Rajpal, and the forum president, Col BS Chahal, presided over the awareness programme.

The keynote speaker, BSNL SDO Vijay Kumar, highlighted the TRAI guidelines regarding complaint redressal, mobile number portability, UCC, telecommunication tariffs, tariff plans, and value-added services, among others.

The secretary of the forum, Er OP Garg, responded to the queries of subscribers. The forum brought out a newsletter containing the activities of the last six months, which was released by the chief guest.
