Patiala MP Dr Dharamvira Gandhi today sent a letter and later personally met Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal, appealing to “renew and expand trade ties with Pakistan”. The letter highlights the untapped trade potential between the two nations and gives reference to the 2018 World Bank report indicating that trade between India and Pakistan can be up to 18 times more than the current levels. — TNS
