Addressing farmers and women activists of the union, Ugrahan said they condemned the action of the police and supported the demands of the farmers, including complete waiving of loans of farmers, imprisonment to accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri incident, law on guaranteed MSP on crops and implementation of the recommendations of the Swaminathan report to make farming profitable.

He said they would also not tolerate such type of action against farmers by the police.
