Punjab Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh today conducted an inspection of Daulatpur and Falauli villages to review the progress of bridge construction over the Badi Nadi.

At Daulatpur, he inspected the ongoing bridge project and directed the Mandi Board to ensure completion by the October deadline. He emphasized that the work must be finished on schedule to prevent inconvenience during the monsoon.

Accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Dr Preeti Yadav, Municipal Commissioner Parmvir Singh, the minister also reviewed the condition of a temporary access road.

Later, Singh instructed the Municipal Commissioner to initiate construction of roads in the Focal Point area, ensuring that proper drainage systems are installed to prevent waterlogging. The Commissioner confirmed that tenders have been issued and work will commence shortly.
