Punjabi University organised an event on the ‘Yuva Samwad India @ 2047’ programme at the science auditorium today. The programme was organised by the NSS department at the university, and Mamata Sharma was the coordinator for it. The event featured a declamation contest, and prizes were given to the winning students.

Addressing the gathering, Vice-Chancellor Prof Arvind said that knowledge can only be increased with proper communication, adding that open-minded discussion is essential for growth.
