Preneet Kaur said, “The state government, under the leadership of former CM Amarinder Singh, had established two big universities at the Patiala rural assembly. A canal water project worth Rs 500 crore and a state-of-the-art bus stand were built, which is benefiting the people.”

She said that the current state government works towards their advertisements and does not care about the betterment of the people of the state.

At the convention, the general secretary of the state unit of the BJP, Anil Sareen, urged the residents of the area to strengthen the party at the booth levels for the upcoming General Elections.

BJP’s district urban president Sanjeev Sharma Bittu; Praveen Bansal; BJP Mahila Morcha president of the state Jai Inder Kaur; Sukhwinder Kaur Naulakha; Lok Sabha Constituency Pracharak Balwant Rai; and KK Malhotra were present along with a huge crowd of BJP worker.
