SS Model School, Punjabi University, Patiala, organised a plogging run under the Fit India Movement launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The campaign is a nation-wide movement in the country to encourage people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily lives.

The run aims at keeping the surroundings clean and maintaining the physical health of the children. The student picked the litter around the school to save the environment.

Principal SK Nirmal Goyal encouraged cadets to do this activity in daily life. Satvir Singh ANO and entire school staff were also present.
