In alignment with directives of the Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University (JGND PSOU) hosted ac Vice-Chancellors’ meet on July 11.

The meet was presided over by Rattan Singh, Vice-Chancellor, JGND PSOU. The objective of the visit was to exchange ideas for academic excellence. The panel of Vice-Chancellors was headed by Rajeev Sood, Vice-Chancellor, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and had representatives from four varsities.

JGND PSOU Vice-Chancellor in his address said, “The University is disseminating the philosophy of Guru Nanak Dev and making education more accessible.” He spoke about role of educational institutes in shaping the future of India through innovative, inclusive and impact driven learning models.
