The Vigilance Bureau has registered a case against former Congress MLA Madan Lal Jalalpur.

The case was registered for “misappropriation of funds” in the integrated corridor project in Shambhu villages.

The VB had earlier conducted a survey-cum inspection of properties of the former MLA from Ghanaur.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
