One of the four persons, who were returning to Jalalabad in Fazilka, was killed while other three persons were injured when the car they were traveling in reportedly rammed into a truck about 3 km from Hariyasar toll barrier on the National Highway-62.

The victims were returning home after paying obeisance at the historic temple of Ramdevra near Pokhran in the Jaisalmer area. The deceased was identified as Gurvinder Singh (35) of Chak Do Shaheedan village, Jalalabad. Malkiat Singh (35) of Prabhat Singh Wala village, Mukhtiar Ram (38) and Jaspal Singh Jassa (34) were shifted to the Civil Hospital in Loonkaransar with the help of an NGO Tiger Force. — OC
