A 28-year-old man was killed and two others were injured when the car that they were travelling in rammed into an electricity pole on the Dhuri-Sherpur road at Kaheru village, near Dhuri, on Monday night. The deceased was identified as Harwinder Singh (28). Injured Jaspal Singh (27) is under treatment at the DMC Hospital, Ludhiana, while Farinderjit Singh (27) is admitted to the Civil Hospital, Dhuri. They were residents of Kheri Chehlan village here.
