10-year-old injured after falling from roof while flying kite

A ten-year-old boy from Kala Tibba village, here, sustained serious injuries after falling from the roof while flying a kite this afternoon. The boy, Ravi Kumar, was initially treated at Abohar Civil Hospital before being referred to Sriganganagar.

According to reports, Ravi, a student at the local village school, lost his balance while flying the kite on the roof of his house. He fell from a height of approximately 12 feet, sustaining severe injuries. His family quickly rushed him to the Civil Hospital in an unconscious state.

The doctors at the Abohar Civil Hospital said that the victim, Ravi, suffered significant contusions from a deep head wound.

They said that he would require a CT scan. The doctors added that Ravi also has a fractured waist. His condition prompted doctors to recommend further medical attention in Sriganganagar.
