The group had set out on pilgrimage from Muktsar on Saturday night to pay obeisance at the Salasar Dham temple in Rajasthan. Around 4 am on Monday, a speeding car hit them, killing two persons, said local residents. They said the car driver lost control as he reportedly dozed off and the vehicle rammed into the group of devotees.
