The deceased have been identified as Jaswant Singh of Moga and Sewa Singh of Patiala. The injured were rushed to the nearest health facility for treatment, said the police. Seven vehicles collided in the accident, allegedly due to dense fog. In the multi-vehicle pile-up, a Haryana Roadways bus, a private bus, four cars, including an Army vehicle, and a motorcycle were badly damaged.
