Two people were killed in a tragic road accident near Rampura village in the Abohar subdivision when a speeding car collided with their motorcycle.

Atul Makkar, a resident of Bhagsar village, reported that his father, Dalip Kumar, and their neighbour, Subhash, were traveling from Bhagsar to Sadul Shahar in Rajasthan.

As they were moving from the village link road, a speeding car struck their bike, dragging both riders for a considerable distance, resulting in their deaths on the spot.

According to witnesses, the car, which was traveling at high speed, crashed into a tree after hitting the bikers.

Based on the statement provided by Atul Makkar, police have registered a case against the unidentified driver under sections 106 (1), 324 (4), and 324 (5) of the BNS Act.
