Arora was at the village to lay the foundation stones of three development works, including that of a 30-bed Community Health Centre (CHC). As per reports, the BKU (Azad) leaders had chalked out a programme to ask questions from Arora regarding the uprooting of kisan morchas and other issues of the farmers, but the police did not allow them to go ahead.
