EcoSikh plants 4.7 lakh saplings in 'Guru Nanak Sacred Forests'

Chandigarh: Environmental organisation EcoSikh on Friday said it had set up 850 “Guru Nanak Sacred Forests” in 56 months across the country. It said it had planted 4.7 lakh saplings since November 2019.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
