Based on a tip, the Fazilka city police have arrested four members of a gang, which was considered to be responsible for bike thefts in different areas of the city.

Assistant Sub-Inspector Bhagwan Singh said four suspects were waiting for customers at Sabzi Mandi to sell the stolen motorcycles. He said the suspects were identified as Dharampal Bittu of Janisar, Jaskaran Singh Jassu of Arniwala, Gurpreet Singh Gauri and Jagga Singh Pehalwan of Korianwali. He said a police team nabbed the suspects and two bikes were recovered from their possession. The ASI said a case has been registered.
