Four persons were injured when a vehicle ferrying over 10 labourers from Dhani Bashesharnath to Sitto Gunno overturned after hitting a stray animal near Dutaranwali village, 13 km from here, last night.

Some villagers alerted the Sadak Suraksha Force (SSF) about the accident. A team of SSF reached the spot and took the injured to the Abohar Civil Hospital. The injured have been identified as Ram Chander, Jasbir Singh, Surajpal and Surinder Pal. Two of them have sustained serious injuries.
