Illegal crackers seized from Barnala

Barnala: The police have seized huge quantity of illegal crackers from near Dhanaula and registered a case. “Last night we confiscated a huge quantity of illegal crackers worth lakhs. The police have registered a case and started further investigations,” said SDM Barnala Varjeet Walia. TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
