Officials today inspected the site where the event has been planned. For the convenience of devotees, appropriate parking spaces were being arranged around the stadium. Streetlights had been made functional on all routes leading to the Charan Ganga Stadium, which was being renovated and painted. Proper seating arrangements were being made for the devotees, and strict security measures would be in place around the stadium, Walia said.
