Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann on Friday underwent heart-related tests at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, and is responding well to the treatment.
He has been admitted to the medical facility for the past couple of days.

Giving an update on the CM’s health, Director and Head of Department of Cardiology, Dr RK Jaswal, said he conducted some heart-related tests on the CM the results of which are awaited.
He said that due to an increase in pressure in the CM's pulmonary artery, there was pressure on his heart, leading to irregular blood pressure. Currently, all vitals of the CM are completely stable, he added.
The doctors would take further decision only after the results of the heart tests are available, Dr Jaswal said, adding that the CM is responding well to treatment.
