A six-day long online workshop “Tangled Bank” began at Central University of Punjab to celebrate World Environment Day.

Prof P Ramarao, Dean, Academic Affairs, said, “Tangled Bank will act as a platform for participants to take a deep dive into the curious world of exciting living beings. Twelve sessions will be conducted, wherein eminent speakers from India and abroad will talk on a variety of topics, including biodiversity, wild himalayan bamboos, dogs in urban ecology, bacterial diversity, mangroves, snakes, frogs, diatoms, mollusks, dragonflies and damselflies, Indian songbirds, and endemic fishes in the Western Ghats.”
