Education Minister Harjot Bains said Ludhiana had got the best ITI in the state. He said earlier only 50-60 per cent of the seats were being filled in ITIs across Punjab.

"Due to efforts of the Aam Aadmi Party government, the state has achieved 97 per cent admission rate", he claimed. The MSDC will provide free of charge skill courses to the youth in disciplines like artificial intelligence, aviation, hospitality and tourism, agriculture, fashion designing, beauty and wellness, and nursing.
