Farmer Jaswinder Singh of Nadampur village near Bhawanigarh died by suicide as the AAP government failed to procure paddy from grain markets, said the BJP.

Demanding registration of an FIR against Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, BJP national executive member Harjit Singh Grewal said CM Mann should be held directly responsible for the tragic incident.

Grewal added that Jaswinder had been unable to sell his proudce in the mandi for the past 10 days.
