The judges and staff of the District Legal Services Authority in the Fazilka Judicial Court Complex celebrated the Constitution Day on Tuesday.

There was a collective recitation of the Preamble of the Constitution under the leadership of Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Ruchi Swapan Sharma. All participants strengthened their commitment to the constitutional values of justice, freedom, equality and fraternity.

Avtar Singh, District and Sessions Judge, District Legal Services Authority, said, “The Indian Constitution is the foundation of our democracy. It is not just a document, but a guide for every citizen. Celebrating Constitution Day reminds us of our duties and

responsibilities.”

A plantation drive was also organised under which 300 saplings were planted on the court premises by the judicial officers.
