SSP Suhail Qasim Mir confirmed this development.

A few days ago, sitting Gurdaspur MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa had filed a complaint against the officer. His wife Jatinder Kaur is the congress candidate from this seat.

He had alleged that dreaded gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, at present incarcerated in Haryana, was threatening Congress workers to vote for the AAP candidate, Gurdeep Singh Randhawa.

Sukhjinder had personally handed over the complaint against the DSP to the SHO of Kotli Surat Malhi police station. He also alleged that “Harjit Kaur, mother of Bhagwanpuria, was visiting the houses of Congress Sarpanches and was threatening them to vote for AAP or face the consequences from his son.”
