On the second consecutive day, members of the BKU (Ugrahan) today held a dharna outside the residence of senior BJP leader Kewal Dhillon in Barnala. The dharna is held against “atrocities” on agitating farmers by the Haryana Government at Shambhu and Khanauri borders.

The protesting farmers also kept two toll plazas toll-fee at Mehal Kalan and Badbar in Barnala district for the second consecutive day.

State vice-president of the BKU (Ugrahan) Janak Singh Bhutal said the dharnas before the residences of three BJP leaders, Sunil Jakhar, Capt Amarinder Singh and Kewal Singh Dhillon, would continue till February 22.
