During Mamta Diwas, District Immunisation Officer (DIO) Dr. Seema Garg conducted a surprise inspection of vaccination centres in the Posi block.

Dr. Garg visited Ayushman Arogya Kendras in Bihra and Satnaur, as well as Sub Centre Parowal and Ayush Manav Arogya Kendra in Posi under Primary Health Centre Posi. She reviewed the vaccination process and commended the field staff for their efforts.

Dr. Garg directed the staff, including CHOs, ANMs and Asha workers, to ensure timely vaccinations for every child in the village. She also emphasised the importance of vaccination to mothers, urging them to ensure their children receive timely immunisations. SMO Dr. Raghbir Singh accompanied Dr. Garg during the inspection.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
