The Sansad Ratna Awards, instituted by the Prime Point Foundation, are based on data-driven assessments of parliamentary performance. The winners were selected by a jury committee chaired by Hansraj Ahir, Chairman of the National Commission for Backward Classes. He emphasised that the award celebrates MPs who had played a significant role in strengthening India’s democratic processes.
