The Punjab and Haryana Bar Council today awarded enrolment certificate to Punjab Police IG Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh paving the way for him to practise law.

He had recently resigned and sought voluntary retirement from the IPS. He had said he might turn lawyer. Minderjeet Singh, chairman, Bar Council, and other members gave the certificate to the former IG here today.
