The Gidderbaha police have booked Baljinder Singh, alias Toti, a former sarpanch of Daula village here, for allegedly forcing a resident of his village to call him “daddy”. Amrik Singh alleged in his police complaint that Toti also resorted to firing in the air on Thursday. A case under various sections of the BNS and the Arms Act has been registered.
