Ferozepur gets two new trains

The route of the New Delhi-Moga Intercity Express, which runs twice a week, has also been extended up to Ferozepur.
BJP leader Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi said the Ferozepur-Hazur Sahib Nanded Express would be flagged off from the Cantonment railway station by Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu on February 13. The train would depart from Ferozepur every Friday at 1.25 pm and reach Nanded on Sunday at 3.30 am.
The new Haridwar-bound train would begin operating from June 18.
The route of the Moga-Delhi Intercity Superfast Express has been extended to Ferozepur. It will now operate from Ferozepur every Monday and Friday, offering greater connectivity with the national capital.
