The management of Takht Sri Hazur Sahib has announced the setting up of a state-of-the-art multi-speciality hospital and medical college at Nanded in Maharashtra.

For the purpose, an advisory committee has been constituted which includes former MP Tarlochan Singh, cricketer Harbhajan Singh, Bollywood singer Mika Singh and Chief Khalsa Diwan president Nirmal Singh. Recently, the Shri Hazur Sahib management had announced using all its gold collected over the past 50 years for building hospitals and constructing medical institutions. — TNS
