Rajya Sabha MP Partap Singh Bajwa has sought a time-bound inquiry and action against those who sanctioned the sale of 40,000 Covaxin doses to private hospitals in the state.

In a letter to Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, Bajwa said the sale of vaccines to private hospitals at Rs 1,060 a dose was uncalled for especially at a time when the state was in the middle of the second wave. — TNS
