In a clash between ETT unemployed teachers and the police, some protesters and two policemen reportedly sustained injuries near the residence of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on the Sangrur-Patiala main road here on Tuesday. The clash took place when the protesters tried to head towards the CM's residence. The protesters, who had in the morning staged a dharna and blocked road for four hours on the Sangrur-Patiala main road near Khurana village (about 4 km from Sangrur) reached near the CM's residence in the afternoon to gherao it by crossing police barricades.
