With the Assembly polls approaching, candidates are adopting various ways to attract voters. Bollywood actor and philanthropist Sonu Sood’s sister Malvika Sachar Sood, who is contesting the Assembly election from Moga constituency on the Congress ticket, was seen making chapatis with older women for ‘langar’ at a religious shrine.

She was spotted serving langar on Sunday at an event organised by Gurpreet Singh Sachdeva, a local councillor.

Earlier, Sonu and Malvika had both donated e-rickshaws to unemployed persons in Moga. —
