The police said Balbir had a medical problem related to a high temperature. The medical practitioner who examined him observed that it was a case of heatstroke as the temperature had risen to over 40°C. The practitioner said that after consuming medicine, Balbir returned to his room and was advised to rest. His co-workers found him dead in the room.
