Abohar: A 25-year-old Uttar Pradesh man allegedly murdered his wife and buried the body near a brick kiln on Monday in Sriganganagar. Later, he went to the police and filed a report that she had gone missing. The police cracked the case after questioning the accused, Arjun Singh Kashyap, and recovered the body. OC

Abohar: A special POCSO court in Hanumangarh near here awarded 10-year rigorous imprisonment (RI) each to five persons in a case of buying a 14-year-old girl from New Delhi for Rs 1 lakh and pushing her to prostitution. Heavy fine has also been imposed on them. OC
