Pritpal had reportedly been sulking ever since former SAD leader Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon joined the AAP.

A former president of the District Bar Association, Pritpal said dedicated workers of the party were feeling cheated as it had fielded a turncoat for the byelection. “I sought an appointment from the party high command to discuss the issue, but was not given time. My wife, who is a bureaucrat, has been transferred nine times under the present government,” he claimed.

He, however, did not announce if he was joining any political outfit.

Earlier, Cabinet minister Aman Arora and Dimpy had claimed that no one was annoyed and Pritpal would join the campaign.
