Four persons have been booked by the Pathankot police for allegedly raping a minor girl at Jaini Khalki village falling under Shahpur Kandi police station of the district.

He said the FIR had been registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by the girl herself. “We have booked all the accused under Sections 376 D, 506 IPC and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act. The girl’s medical examination has been conducted at the Pathankot civil hospital. We hope to arrest the three accused by tomorrow. We are working on some clues provided by Mushtaq,” said Hilori.
