A young man and a woman on a motorcycle tried to cross the track through an alternative path provided for pedestrians. However, their bike got stuck in the middle.

As train coming from Bathinda dragged the bike for 200 metres, its oil tank exploded. Scared by the blast, the couple fled away from the spot.

The train left the spot after 10 minutes. Those standing nearby informed the Government Railway Police, which is looking to identify owner of the bike.
