Owing to the statewide work suspension by advocates over the FIR registered against a Muktsar advocate, proceedings in the singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala murder case could not take place today.

The court of the Mansa Sessions Judge adjourned the matter to December 5. In the previous hearing on October 17, Balkaur Singh, father of the deceased, had identified six accused, including four alleged assassins, involved in the murder. Balkaur’s counsel advocate Satinder Pal Singh Mittal said the case was currently at the stage of chief examination.
